Mark Murray is the founder of Tracelogix, now one of the largest Depot Repair Facilities in Canada.
In 1992 the company opened as an Electronic Repair Depot, with Mark at the helm and incorporating all of his 30 years of experience in the Service Industry, including his work as a Technician on large scale systems, Warehouse Management and Logistics, Purchasing, as well as Sales and Customer Support.
Mark expanded the company into the Advance Exchange Services, and has developed Maintenance Agreements with some of it’s largest clients. Now also providing Staging Services for the past two years, Mark has assembled an exceptionally solid executive support team to make Tracelogix the success it is today.

Ken began his career in the forefront of IT services in the early 1980s, in the computer hardware depot repair sector. By the mid 90’s, Ken had begun operating his own business supplying Original Equipment Manufacturers and third party service vendors.
After which, Ken joined a start-up company introducing Ultrasound transducer repair service to Biomedical engineers and Diagnostic Imaging technicians across Canada. With over three decades of knowledge and experience gained and relationships sustained over time, Ken is in the upper bracket of successful sales executives, and introduces a number of top level service providers to Tracelogix in the area of POS and other equipment support.

Nirmala brings over 15 years of experience in the POS, Banking, and Retail sector to the team. Managing part of the Tracelogix portfolio, Nirmala works closely with our Global Service Providers. For both the Canadian and US market, Nirmala processes repair quotes such as RFQ’s, RFP’s and RFI’s for depot and maintenance contracts.
For sales quotes on any and all industry equipment requirements, including obsolete and difficult to find products, Nirmala works with our customers to source the best options for their projects.

A Certified Electronic Technician by trade, Bob Hartford was the first employee on board with Tracelogix Inc. During his time with the Company, his work has covered multiple positions, including Repair Tech through to Sales.
Expanding his industry knowledge, Bob has also held positions with a multi-national engineering and electronics company where he assisted with major contracts involving the Federal Government, namely DND, Canada Post, Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). A Certified Trainer for IPC-7711/7721 Rework, Modification and Repair of Electronic Assemblies rounds out his extensive experience.
Since 2011, Bob translates his industry experience with Tracelogix once again, as a Production Supervisor, to ensure that your Repair is done exceptionally well and delivered on time.

With a passion for finding the best solution for our clients, Tony brings over 25 years of experience to Tracelogix as Service Manager in the Electronic and Electro-mechanical repair and remanufacturing industry. Studying formally in both the College and University level, Tony has covered the disciplines of Electronic Engineering Technology, and LCI, or Liquid Crystal Institute with Kent State as well as Quality Systems Management. Tony brings his background of teaching lectures and hands-on Labs for the course of Electronic Circuit Board (PCB) rework and repair, and is a Leader when it comes to value-added coaching and implementation.
Tony diligently works personally with our Customers and Manufacturers at Tracelogix to ensure that all products and services we provide will meet, or exceed, our client’s quality and delivery needs. Maintaining a cost-effective solution and remaining successful in a Global marketplace is Tony’s specialty with Tracelogix Inc.
