In 1992 the company opened as an Electronic Repair Depot, with Mark at the helm and incorporating all of his 30 years of experience in the Service Industry, including his work as a Technician on large scale systems, Warehouse Management and Logistics, Purchasing, as well as Sales and Customer Support.
Mark expanded the company into the Advance Exchange Services, and has developed Maintenance Agreements with some of it’s largest clients. Now also providing Staging Services for the past two years, Mark has assembled an exceptionally solid executive support team to make Tracelogix the success it is today.
For sales quotes on any and all industry equipment requirements, including obsolete and difficult to find products, Nirmala works with our customers to source the best options for their projects.
Tony diligently works personally with our Customers and Manufacturers at Tracelogix to ensure that all products and services we provide will meet, or exceed, our client’s quality and delivery needs.
